Who is responsible

Model Gift Card (https://modelgiftcard.com) and its Qwen Code service (https://qwengiftcards.com) are run by Maragato Coaching Corp. Claude Code cards and Qwen Code cards are separate accounts with separate records; this policy covers both.

This website

The site has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no third-party scripts. Our hosting (Amazon CloudFront) keeps standard access logs only as long as needed to run the service.

When you buy a card

  • Stripe processes the payment and stores your payment details, email and billing country under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see your card number.
  • We store the order: Stripe order id, your email, the recipient's email, card value and quantity, and the codes, encrypted. We keep orders for 7 years for tax and accounting.
  • We send the codes with Resend.

Your account

  • Amazon Cognito stores your email and a hash of your password. It sends the temporary password and reset codes.
  • We store your balance, a ledger of credits and charges (time, tokens, cost) and your API keys as one-way hashes.

Prompts and responses

  • Requests go to Claude Sonnet 4.6 or Qwen3 Coder Next on Amazon Bedrock. Claude requests are processed in AWS regions in the United States. Amazon does not use prompts to train models or share them with the model provider (Anthropic or the Qwen team).
  • We log every prompt and response, encrypted with a dedicated key, and delete it automatically after 30 days. We use the logs only to investigate abuse, security incidents and billing disputes. Every read of a log is recorded in an audit trail.
  • Do not send secrets or personal data that you do not want stored for 30 days.

Where

All data is stored in Amazon Web Services, region US East (N. Virginia), encrypted at rest. Stripe may process payment data in other countries.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by email from your account's address. We delete account data within 30 days, except order and ledger records that tax law requires us to keep. We do not sell your data and do not share it except with the processors named here.
