Who we are

Model Gift Card (https://modelgiftcard.com) and its Qwen Code service (https://qwengiftcards.com) are run by Maragato Coaching Corp ("we"). Contact: support@modelgiftcard.com. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud, the Qwen team or Amazon Web Services. These terms cover Claude Code cards and Qwen Code cards bought on this site.

What you buy

A gift card is a single-use code with a value of $10, $20 or $50 in US dollars, for one of two services:

• Claude Code card: the balance pays for one model only, Claude Sonnet 4.6 (Amazon Bedrock model anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-6), used through our service with Claude Code.
• Qwen Code card: the balance pays for one model only, Qwen3 Coder Next (Amazon Bedrock model qwen.qwen3-coder-next), used through our Qwen Code service (https://qwengiftcards.com).

Redeeming a code adds its value to the balance of an account of that service, at the prices on the home page. The two services have separate accounts. A balance cannot be spent on another model or moved to the other service. A gift card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described under Refunds.

Price and payment

The price of a card is its face value plus a service fee, as shown on the home page and at checkout. The fee is not added to your balance. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The price shown at checkout is final. Taxes, if any apply in your location, are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Codes are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, normally within minutes. If you entered a recipient, they receive the code and you receive a copy. You are responsible for entering the right address. Keep codes private: anyone who has a code can redeem it.

Model retirement

If Amazon Web Services or we stop offering the model your balance is for, requests stop working with that model. Email us and we move your full remaining balance, at no charge, to the model that replaces it. Usage on the new model is charged at its prices on the home page.

Expiry

An unredeemed code expires 5 years after the date it was sold; the date is in the delivery email. Credits in your balance expire 5 years after the last time you redeemed a code or received credits. Each redemption restarts the 5 years for your whole balance. When credits expire, the remaining balance is removed.

Qwen Code codes bought, and Qwen Code accounts opened, before 24 October 2026 were sold as never expiring. They keep that promise and have no expiry and no inactivity fee. If you redeem one of those older codes, your whole account moves to these never-expiring terms.

Inactivity fee

If your account has no usage and no redemption for 12 months in a row, we take a fee of $2.50 from the remaining balance, then $2.50 each further month until you use the account or redeem a code. The fee never takes more than the balance and never makes it negative. Any request or redemption stops the fee, and a new 12 months starts.

Usage prices

Usage is charged per token. Claude Sonnet 4.6: $3.30 per million input tokens, $16.50 per million output tokens, $4.125 per million prompt cache write tokens with a 5-minute cache or $6.60 with a 1-hour cache, and $0.33 per million prompt cache read tokens. Qwen3 Coder Next: $0.50 per million input tokens and $1.20 per million output tokens. If our cost from Amazon Web Services changes, we may change these prices with at least 30 days' notice on this site. Credits already in your balance are then charged at the new price.

Refunds

You can get a full refund for a code that has not been redeemed, if you ask within 30 days of purchase. Email us with the order number. The code is cancelled when we issue the refund. Redeemed credits and used balances are not refundable, except where the law requires it. If a payment is disputed or charged back, we cancel all unredeemed codes from that order.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload the service, to resell access, or in breach of the acceptable use policies of Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic's usage policy for Claude, and the Qwen model license. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we suspend an account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused balance.

Prompt logs

We store all prompts and responses, encrypted, for 30 days, then delete them. See the privacy policy.

Service and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it. Model output can be wrong; check it before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce the value of codes or balances you already have.
